Hi, my name is Muhammad Naufal Salman, also known as Ufal Salman. I co-manage Kebuli Musthofa, a home-based Middle Eastern food business in Klaten, Indonesia.

I hold a degree in Food Science and Technology from Universitas Sebelas Maret, completed in 2026. Alongside managing Kebuli Musthofa since 2018, I work on writing, translation, and other independent digital projects.

I write on my blog, occasionally make videos for YouTube, and host podcasts at SEUTAS. I also make music as ritokatsuga. These personal projects are part of Retrospective Klaten.

Outside work, I enjoy retro computers, FOSS and the IndieWeb, making music, and ACG and Japanese culture, especially Arknights. I also take an interest in food technology, linguistics, city development, archaeology, history, and space. Coffee and mie ayam are personal favorites.
